friendly staffclean roommissing fridge
the staff provided excellent customer service and were very good. they were very friendly and helpful . the regular event manager was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. the event room was clean and adjustments were promptly made on request.
i asked at reception about dining and was told the restaurant opens at 6:30pm for hotel guests.

The standard double room was massive and well equipped. I liked the decor. the room was comfortable and quiet, i did appreciate how well it was maintained, though some areas needed a refresh.

Breakfast offered a great selection of food, especially the english breakfast. the food was delicious and the hotel staff even prepared vegan sausages. the children's buffet food was well cooked and kinda presented. It was tasty and abundant in supply.

I found the breakfast selection to be a real treat, with delicious options. The spa facilities exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the sauna. It was an amazing experience!

The breakfast buffet impressed me. The variety was AMAZING!!! I liked the fresh fruit selection. The gym has up-to-date equipment, including three treadmills. I found ample parking spaces available , very convenient.
